Soper Engineering is led by Robert Soper, a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a background rooted in some of the most demanding sectors of the industry. Since earning licensure in 2020, our foundational experience was built managing and designing extremely high-profile industrial projects in the semiconductor industry, alongside large-scale commercial, government, and multi-family developments.
